ReportTool

Import

ReportTool needs to know the names of your degrees, modules, students and staff. You surely don't want to type this all in. It's much easier to import this data from CSV (spreadsheet) files.

ReportTool is designed to complement existsing databases. If data on students exists elsewhere, you can re-run imports to capture changes.

Import using datasets

If you import data from multiple sources, you can optionally label them as datasets in ReportTool. This allows ReportTool to delete missing records.

Import errors

Errors are common with CSV files. ReportTool tells you exactly what errors have been found.
